Style on HGTV's DIY Network

A traditional home in Minnesota receives a warm modern design for the master bath.

Look for Style Bath & Kitchen in the upcoming season of Bathroom Renovations on the DIY Network. The project was for two homeowners who were looking to redesign a master bath with a modern influence that would work well with their traditional home.

For this project we looked to natural materials such as slate, teak, limestone to convey a sense of subtle luxury. Accent walls were clad in a stacked slate veneer which made for a strong juxtaposition against the leather wrapped medicine cabinets and the architectural Citterio wall faucets.

The bath was designed with a "wet area" sectioned off with frameless glass doors. This allows for an open feeling in the bath without having to carve out separate tub and shower areas.

The entire project will air over four episodes of Bathroom Renovation on the DIY Network and will show the transformation from the original bath to the new design. For more information on any of the products used on this project please contact Style Bath & Kitchen.

Project Location: Minnesota
Designer: Style Bath & Kitchen
Budget: $25,000-$50,000
