The exterior of the Margarido house is currently being wrapped in order to close the house before the rain season begins.

The interior walls have been rough framed and are beginning to have the plumbing, home automation, and other infrastructure systems installed. The main staircase frame has been put into place. It will support the floating staircase connecting the public & private areas of the house.

The home has a series of retaining walls that hold back the hillside while adding to the architectural design .
